
Located in Padre Faura, near the Philippine General Hospital, this building is annex to the Supreme Court building along Taft Avenue, Manila. The Supreme Court Annex is a design competition participated by 10 other architectural design firms aside from Palafox Associates.
Part of the criteria in the selection of the firm to design the building were the following:
the record of accomplishment of the company, the qualification of personnel assigned to the job, and the plan of approach and methodology.
Palafox Associates garnered the highest overall rating from among the 11 architectural firms in the design competition.

It is a 30-hectare property located at North Triangle, bounded by EDSA on the southwest, North Avenue on the north, Agham Road on the East and Quezon Avenue on the southeast. It is adjacent to the MRT Depot. Major developments that surround the site are the SM City regional shopping center, strip commercial developments along Quezon Avenue EDSA and on the southeastern edges are mostly institutional developments. East of the site is the Quezon Memorial Circle with imposing Quezon Memorial Shrine which rises 66 meters and is envisioned to be the highest structure in the district.
