Sprawling on a 15-hectare site in Norzagaray, Bulacan, Jesus Is Lord Praise Valley Campsite is envisioned to become the first master-planned community in the country ideal for reflection, meditation, and conversations with God and with one’s self. It will be a showcase of a walkable master-planned community where lush greenery abounds. The master plan will be pedestrian-friendly and transport-oriented. Building components are laid out in such a way that a building is a five-minute or 400-minute walk to another building. Further, roads will be lined with trees. There are also bicycle lanes. Covered footpaths and open spaces will make walks a pleasurable experience. Outdoor meditation, meetings, and congregation become novel concepts in this proposed development.
