To rise in a five-hectare prime land in Cotabato City, the place of worship will host the largest and most modern masjid in the Philippines. The masjid is the center for worship among the Muslims. Furthermore, the project aims to contribute to the unification of the people in Mindanao.

Envisioned as the next Jerusalem, in Philippine setting, New Jerusalem: City of Peace, as the name itself suggests, is utopia. Located at an elevation between 295-340 meters above sea level near the panoramic Caliraya in Cavinti, Laguna, this project is almost a paradise. Verdant hills, lush vegetations, second growth trees make up this “city of peace”.

Amongst the hi-rise residential buildings a church will emerge. Considering the history of the site, the church will be one of its kind—being environment-friendly, energy saving, and sustainable. The church is designed using construction materials that are made of recycled ingredients. For example the hollow blocks to be used will be made of ground plastic from used computers.  The plan is also well-oriented to optimize natural light and access breezes, other than that, the church will be powered by solar photovoltaic panels.

Romanesque-inspired in architecture, the Shrine of Jesus stands in Pasay City. With a floor area of about 1400 square meters on a 2900-square meter lot of the reclaimed part of Manila Bay, the church has a seating capacity of 580 persons. Embodying Filipino religiosity, Shrine of Jesus is a donation of Shoemart Investment to the Catholic Church.

Sprawling on a 15-hectare site in Norzagaray, Bulacan, the Camp Praise Valley is envisioned to become the first master-planned community in the country ideal for reflection, meditation, and conversations with God and with one’s self. It will be a showcase of a walkable master-planned community where lush greenery abounds. The master plan will be pedestrian-friendly and transport-oriented. It is a campus because it has a park-like setting, a respectful environment.
