Key Qualifications:

Broad background in architecture, town/urban planning, site planning of residential subdivisions, shopping
centers and industrial areas, transport planning/traffic engineering, development control, service infrastructure,
and architecture.

Thirty three years in the field of architecture and planning, both in the government and in the private sector,
including a four-year working experience with a multinational and interdisciplinary professional staff and with
international consultants in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.


Six and a half years with Ayala Corporation and Ayala Land Inc. in the field of Urban Planning, Architecture,
Project Management, Development Control of Shopping Centers, Subdivisions, Business Centers, and Design of
Office Parks and Industrial Estates. As Ayala’s Architect/Urban Planner, Palafox headed the Technical Planning
Staff with the rank of Assistant Vice President.
